Wonderful! So cheap - 99c a packet, add 2 eggs and some milk, and made 33 pikelets! Easy to make - no lumps with a whisk! Made with kids after school. We bought a 1L plastic sauce bottle, poured the batter into it and then used that to pour out pancakes into the pan with no mess. We have a pan with small, sunken circles into which we poured the batter, with a few we added 2-3 choc bits, and then with a few others we added a choc melt, the rest were plain pikelets! Yum! Eat some now, freeze the rest for lunch boxes later.
