good old fashioned plain flour. nice and cheap - affordable for those on a tight budget. bakes just as good as any other branded flour for basic baking like cookies And cakes. only negative (not really a negative ) is this isn’t a high protein flour for bread baking, and packaging can cause some residue flour to escape and mess up your bag
