The mozzarella is pretty solid for everyday cooking. It melts well on pizza and toasties, with a nice stretchy pull, and the taste is mild and creamy without being too salty. It’s not the most flavorful cheese if you’re after something fancy, but for quick meals, it does the job and is really convenient.
