If you are making pizza, you need mozzarella cheese. We found this Woolworths shredded mozzarella to be really good. Now the Italians would probably have you believe that this is no good, but for my pizzas I find it great. It can clump up in the bag a little bit, but it’s fairly easy to separate before you put it on your pizza. I get this for nachos, pasta bake and other cooking. it melts well and my partner really likes the taste. the kids like this on top of their pasta for dinner. a bag lasts a while in the fridge.
