Easy win. Melts like a dream and doesn’t taste weird or plasticky like some cheaper mozz. I use it on pretty much everything, toasties, lazy pasta, even chucked it in an omelette once. Stays good in the fridge longer than I expect, which is a bonus when my meal plan goes out the window. Reliable, no fuss, I keep grabbing it.
