Great basic shredded mozzarella. Great on pizzas, and very convienient as it is pre shredded. Easy to use, although the ziplock opening isn’t always reliable

Mozzarella cheese is a great cheese to top a pizza. that's what we use it for. Melts evenly on the top with a good stretch.
