They are tasty, crunchy, and just the right amount of freshness. I use them for my oats in the morning for breakfast and I also use it when I make like the carrot desserts. I also use it like soaking them overnight

this almost is what I always have at home. I'll use it for cooking, or making snacks. I usually bake them with honey and some spices. yum yum you will live them.

The cheapest on the market from big chain supermarket stores, but you get what you paid for. it’s great for cooking but very plain as a snack on its own.
