I prefer using castor sugar to regular sugar, it’s finer and easier to use in baking. I use it in jam making, dissolves fast. It’s inexpensive compared to named brands. I store in an airtight container once opened.

Great quality baking staple at a great price. I like to bake so I have a huge pantry container that hold almost 3 bags worth - you get a few funny looks if you buy 3 bags at a time but it’s worth it to have a ready supply - nothing kills the vibe like having to run to the supermarket part way through baking.
