Photo Review of Macro Organic Quinoa Tri Colour

Cooks up fluffy with a nice mix of textures from the white, red and black quinoa. It has a slightly nutty flavour and works well in salads, as a side, or even in soups. I like that it’s organic and Australian-owned, feels like a healthier swap for rice or pasta. Can take a bit longer to cook than plain white quinoa, but worth it for the taste and variety.
