These have so many uses. The main use is of course in the kitchen, allowing me an easy quick clean method for cooking potato bakes, pasta bakes, Shepard's pie or lasagne. They are rigid but can collapse and are a bit tricky to put in the oven, so the trays do need to be put on a tray to ensure they are stable.
