These are quite a waxy potato so are good to use in dishes where you use a whole or half potato as they keep their shape and the skin on quite well.

these are perfect for a potato salad. they hold up well and don’t fall apart when cooked. they are super tasty with some mayonnaise and a drop of Dijon mustard and go very well with lots of parsley and spring onions.
