I like to use the chicken mints to make lasagne. Also make chicken rissoles which the family really like.

I love this product as its very versatile, I use it often in spaghetti bolognaise and also as meatballs cooked in the airfreight. I've also used it to make scotch eggs. It really is a great alternative to red meat.
