I tried it once, not bad to be honest. I personally prefer lamb mince. it taste better, I don't know Chicken mince feels different, the texture is different and taste is quite off. May be I'm too addicted to lamb taste. But guys give it a try, some might like it

I like the chicken mince to make mini Mornay pies, or chicken rissoles. it’s good quality not too fatty

Decent mince, but sometimes a bit watery. Still great for quick dinners.

can be quite dry sometimes but overall quite a useful product, nice for tacos and stir fries
