We drink it straight or add to our tea and coffee, sometimes also use it to blend with frozen fruits for a smoothie or milkshake. The taste is quite good and is not too heavy like full cream milk. It fits well in the fridge and has a good seal so it stays fresher longer. 5 star health rating. Product of Australia. 🇦🇺 👍
