Chick Peas have many benefits and they are a valuable addition to vegetarian and vegan diets. I like the Macro Organic Chick Peas as they are free from artificial colours and flavours. The fact that there are only two ingredients is a plus! The Macro Organic Chick Peas are packed with various vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre and are very healthy and nutritious. Chick Peas are also a staple in the Greek cuisine and they are my favourite comfort food! They can be used in a variety of ways such as in soups, stews, salad and dips to name a few.
