quality, freshness and flavour are all great. they are expensive but you’re paying for the convenience of them already being sliced. price is expensive but agsin you’re paying for convenience. also you can’t buy these Swiss brown mushrooms individually in the supermarket so if you want these ones you’ve got no option but to buy pre packed. I cook these in a dry pan until the water has gone then add to my bolognese sauce. adds so much flavour, texture and more protein

already sliced so it's more convenient and less prep! same price as the same mushroom uncut so I prefer this one already cut. tastes delicious after being cooked in a pasta
