Very fresh kale and a huge bunch. Great for salads and juicing. I also make kale chips in the oven with some seasoning when you want something healthier than chips.

I can tell that I love to eat Kale a lots. I like to put with salad and I also can make pies. 🥧 Kale is very rich in vitamins, good for your digestive very healthy vegetables.
