I usually buy those lasagna sheets made in Australia, cheap and delicious. Those are made for cook lasagna, doesn’t really need to cook in the water, can just be mix with any sauce and cook in the oven. Bolognese lasagna is the best with this sheets

got these on special the other day, i used them in a potato bake and it was perfect, make sure theres a lot of liquid when cooking as the sheets take out most of the moisture and you dont want to have it dry.
