I bought these canned Woolworths Whole Potatoes after reading about people raving about them on the internet. They were very reasonably priced and I thought they would be convenient for use in curries and other dishes. Unfortunately I discovered why it stresses on the side of the can to not let them boil, as, when I heated them in the microwave with some other vegetables to go in a dish, they exploded everywhere! What was left of them tasted nice enough, but we much prefer fresh potatoes.
