Basmati rice is better due to lower glycemic index, which causes a more gradual rise in blood sugar, and its higher fiber content, basmati rice are also lower in arsenic than many other types of rice, it’s recommended to wash your rice first before microwaving.

Woolworths microwave basmati rice I like buying these they’re very very handy to have in your cupboard. I do cook my own rice but sometimes you just cannot be bothered and I have these in the pantry is a must for the family.
