I recently tried the Woolworths 6-pack Puff Pastry Sheets, and they’ve become a freezer staple for me. They’re versatile and convenient—perfect for making sausage rolls, tarts, or even quick desserts like apple turnovers. The sheets thaw quickly and bake up golden and flaky, delivering a satisfying crunch. They are great value.  However, I’ve noticed that if the opened pack is left in the freezer too long, the sheets can dry out or crack, making them harder to work with. Also, once re-rolled, the pastry doesn’t puff as well. Still, for everyday baking, they’re a reliable and budget-friendly option.
