I switched to raw sugar and really like it. The crystals are golden and slightly coarse, with a light molasses flavor that makes coffee and oatmeal taste warmer and richer. It doesn’t dissolve as fast in cold drinks, but overall it feels like a simple, flavorful upgrade from regular white sugar.
