i like this bread. bough it for breakfast making. full loaf that you can slice it at home. tend to select soudough due to its healthier properties and none of thr extra ingredients that you dont need. i think this one is the at least 24hr making process so its femeted and baked properly. the crust is on the thinner side and the bread itself is softer than youe other typical soudough. olive taste is fragrent and sufficient
