I rate this highly because it isnt refined, you can use it for baking or in hot drinks, and it doesnt go lumpy . I agree with others who have said here that the taste is better than refined white sugar too – it means you use less of it, which has to be a bonus.

This is a great general purpose sugar. Perfect for baking or adding sweetness to just about anything. I even use a bit of this in my pizza dough and bread making. Great product.
