These Australian grown carrots are fresh, crisp, and full of flavour — great for roasting, snacking, or tossing into a salad. The colour is vibrant and they hold up well when cooked, staying firm without going watery. I did find a tiny piece in the pack that was a bit smaller than expected, but it didn’t affect the overall quality. The rest of the carrots were consistently good and tasted great.
