good quality carrots. They are nice and firm and I do not have any concerns of them being any lumps, bumps or bad spots. There is a range of sizes of carrots in the packet. They are easy to cut and peel. Great staple for cooking dinner. Great eating cook cooked or fresh. They have a strong carrot flavour
