These corn cobbettes (what a fun new name) are super quick to cook up for a mid week meal. Corn is a staple in my household but sometimes, especially depending on the meal being cooked, smaller amounts of corn are desirable. The cobbettes allow us to add some extra juicy and fresh vegetables to our menu, while the smaller size of the cob makes the cooking time so much faster.
