Nice white washed potatoes from Woolies. The loose one from my local woolies were all sold out, so I have to buy a 2kg pack instead. I don’t really like the pre-packed one since I can’t really see the freshness of the potatoes inside. I found that there were a few potatoes turned green after I opened the package to check.

we like this potatoes and we often buy ones. it is handy to keep in the fridge. once we bought one, put on a ceramic bowl and keep in the fridge which is last long. the problem is sometimes you can’t see the inside potatoes properly, and sometimes when you buy one, already greenish coloured potatoes… most of the time is good, but just random time get not a very good one…

I wish i still had the photos, I had to bin the entire bag 3 days after purchasing. They were all covered in like dark spots with what looked like pin prickles in the middle. Posted a photo it AI and it said that it was a fungal disease on the potatoes.
