these white potatoes that are already pre washed are such an easy veg to prepare. leave them while for baked potatoes with sour cream and toppings, cut into wedges and season for homemade chips, steam and mash for a warm and creamy side or even grate into hash browns and fry up in a little oil. always keep a bag in the pantry, stores in a brown box to prevent potatoes turning green
