I like these woollies wash potatoes to make my potato salad with. I put them in the steamer and they hold together. Well very good.

these are a mid size potato, not too small that peeling becomes an excessive chore. Because they are washed they can be baked with the skin on so are super convenient. I use them as an all rounder and they are always fresh.
