Convenient and usually fresh, though some packs can have a few loose or yellowing sprouts. Roast them for the best result. They go great with roast veggies.

Even though they are like a mini cabbage they very good for you full of fibre and vitamins.

Love these. Great in salads or as a stand alone side dish. I fry them till lightly charred and serve on a salad. Tastes delicious.

Looked like a good option to add veggies to the dinner plate. Not a fan of the flavour, but good for you.
