These cup mushrooms are great for a healthy protein-rich breakfast. I like to sauté them with a little bit of olive oil,salt and pepper, then sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and serve them with a slice of sourdough bread. Delicious!

these wrapped mushrooms seem to be fresher than the loose ones. 250 gram is enough to add to a dish or add to a few omelets. nice and firm with white flesh when you cut into them. Australian grown.
