These mushroom cups are exactly what I need for stuffed mushrooms. They're consistently sized - about 5cm diameter - and the caps are thick enough to hold a good amount of filling without breaking. The stems are cleanly removed, leaving a nice deep cup shape.

These are almost always nice and fresh and cook up very nicely. We enjoy adding them to omelettes and risottos.

It’s very fresh and juicy. I just put some olive oil, some pepper and potatoes with them, then put in the air fryer. It becomes delicious meal.
