Woolworths cos heart lettuce is Australian grown, it's 5 star health rating. 2 pack and very good price. Love them in different salads I make, need to wash them first. I love them when I use a cross lettuce leaf and dip it in tabbouli and eat it, instead of using Lebanese bread we also use lettuce. It's so fresh, tasty and healthy.

a nice and crunchy cos lettuce it's good texture to salads works perfectly in the Caesar or with a Green goddess avocado and cucumber mix. also great in sandwiches to line the bread to stop tomato and other wet ingredients making your sandwich soggy.

I like adding the lettuce into my fried rice. Lettuce is juicy which moistures the dry fried rice and balances the texture.

I buy these because they’re great for an empty nester household. They need a good wash as there is grit in them. A nice crunchy texture.
