This duo pack of lettuce is a family favourite, especially now we are coming into the warmer weather of summer. It’s perfect for salads and sandwiches. Always crunchy and fresh, you can even use it like a cracker or carrot stick with a dip or hummus. Today I added two leaves to my focaccia for lunch. Healthy and tasty!
