this wasn’t the best sour cream I have had. it’s the first time trying this brand and I wasn’t 100% sold on it. was too hard I think.

really nice product. can be a bit hit and miss in that it can go from being on the firmer side to being on the softer watery side. still usuable either way.

I like Woolworths Sour Cream for its smooth texture and versatility in both sweet and savoury dishes. This sour cream does go watery in hot dishes, but I've found it really great for savoury dishes. I only add a little. I've used it as a 'quiche' alternative, with loads of caramelised onions and roasted veggies.
