Soft, squishy yummy dough interior and a bit of a crunchy exterior. Perfect for a salad roll, toasted or untoasted they go very nicely with a stack of bacon and eggs with some bbq or tomato sauce as well or chuck a sausage or two on one and some caramelised onion
