This white bread is perfect. I just like sandwich sliced bread not toast sliced thickness. This bread has firm crusts but soft enough to easily chew. I have a full slice soaked in a beaten egg & fried for a balanced breakfast.

Bakery bread is always softer than the bread in the bread aisle which seems to go stale so quickly, but the bakery bread stays so fresh for so long.
