This cut pumpkin was fresh and good quality when I bought it. The flesh was bright orange, firm, and not watery, which is exactly what you want for cooking. It cooked evenly and had a naturally sweet flavour once roasted and boiled.

This is all that is left! Beautiful colour and cooked so well - I made a chicken and pumpkin salad and oven roasted this pumpkin and it was so juicy and flavoursome
