I won’t eat any pumpkin other than Kent . It’s sweet always cooks well and makes a great pumpkin soup. roast it, steam it, air fry or mash it

I like to buy the cut pumpkin because you can see the colour & decide if it is going to be flavoursome. The lighter the colour the less flavour. I make pumpkin soup especially in winter & easy to take to work to reheat, when it's affordable but mainly I air fry big chunks to go with night time meals &/or roasts.
