Kent pumpkin is perfect to serve in many ways. this was purchased for a pasta bake. being pre cut makes it easier to handle as well

I find this variety roasts really well. It has a beautiful colour & the flavour is surprisingly sweet. I’ve also boiled & mashed & that works well too.
