Mixed thoughts on the cut watermelon at woolies. Sometimes it’s super crisp and delicious but this time it was mushy in spots and wouldn’t say it was the tastiest watermelon I’ve bought. Pros are that it is always juicy and convenient to buy a cut slice rather than the whole watermelon. Rare to find seeds which is handy for the toddler.

delicious and juicy. lovely to eat in a hot day when cold. I have found it fronts last long in the fridge though.

one of my favourite summer buys. It’s usually sweet, juicy, and really refreshing, especially served chilled on a hot day. Tip: cut into cubes and place in fridge. The flesh is crisp and hydrating, making it perfect for snacking, fruit salads, or even blending into drinks. I like that it feels like an easy, healthy treat that everyone enjoys.
