like baby wombok and buy it regularly now. I use it for coleslaw, the frilly leaves look attractive and a bit different. The thicker white parts are great in stir fries - as are the greener sections which cook more quickly. I was buying a freshly marked down one a couple of months ago when an employee walked past saying it was his favourite vegetable. Very versatile. And healthy. I haven't seen one with flowers on it as in the Woolies picture at the top - will keep a look out.

Good wombok. Fresh and sweet. Amazing for hot pot or quick soup at night. Good for stir fry too. Whole one is too big. Half one is perfect for family of 3 to consume in a week.

Delicious vegetables that adds some fresh crunch to salads and stir-fries. It has a mild flavour and is generally reasonably priced.
