Portobelle mushrooms have a great texture and are a great flavour. Being a Vegetarian they are so important to my diet. There are so many ways I can use them such as Stir-frys ,stuffing them or crumbing to make great budget.

Very easy to handle. I peel the sink top with bacon cheese and egg and bake in the oven, great easy and filling lunch or dinner.
