Bought it when it on reduce price. Not washed yet with stalks, so it took me bit time to clean up and chopped the broken part off. Luckily not too much rotten part, and I saw some packages had a whole stalk which is not edible. Nice for Asian stir-fry with garlic.

This is one of those convenience items I buy when I want fresh vegetables and makes throwing together a quick meal much easier. I often steam or stir fry them as a side dish. Quality can vary slightly between packs, but they are generally crisp, fresh, and a reliable way to get more greens into the week.

glad the price of beans has finally come down. the quality of this bag was great and they were perfect just cooked with a little oil and salt. one of our fave vegs

steamed or boiled, these are a nice veg to have on the side of any meal. also really like to include these in a stir fry.
