Fresh and firm zucchinis with a clean, mild flavour. Great quality for organic produce and very versatile for sautéing, roasting, or adding to pasta and salads. Skin is tender and cooks evenly. A reliable choice, though slightly pricier than non-organic options.

I really like the organic zucchini. I just don’t like that. It’s so much more expensive than the conventional. I also wish that it didn’t have to be in plastic wrap.

You get what you expect to get. They're zucchinis, and fine zucchinis at that. I use them for meals all the time.
