we normally buy ones when we’ve seen at the shop with freshy and chunky spring onions. it is good for a long life if you keep in the fridge or even better life if you put in the freezer. I normally cut small peaches to put in a container. so it is handy to sparcle to the salad, or any cooking dishes. if you leave the root in the fridge, sometimes growing is a bonus.
