Photo Review of Woolworths Spring Onion

Spring onions are great in soups, stews, raw in salads or with scrambled eggs. They have a lovely onion flavour that is mild and not overpowering. They compliment many meals and I keep mine in water, like cut flowers and then am able to use them all.
