We really like broccoli as a vegetable, but every now and then we change it up a little and go for this fresh broccolini. As far as I know. It is essentially the same thing, but it’s just nice for a change. It’s very easy to cook. You can either steam it for a few minutes or pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. one of the best things about it is that it’s actually very very good for you.
