Broccolini can be hit and miss and seem to go a bit wiltered quicker than expected which is a shame when wanting your veggies to stay fresh. I just cut then ends of before cooking but they don’t seem to be as good as they use to at the moment.

broccolini is having its moment and I am loving it! sweeter and more versatile than it's parent, it's a mainstay in my current shop. favourite way to cook is with garlic ginger and sesame oil under the grill. perfect quick side!
